Cancellations and Amendments: Oops, Need to Make a Change?
We process orders super quickly, so it’s hard to make changes once an order is placed. Due to how quickly we process orders, sale or promo code orders which cannot be cancelled or amended. If you have any questions, please email info@Jo’sDreamland.com.au.
Jo's Dreamland reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, we can't deliver to your address, or if we suspect something isn't quite right. We promise to let you know ASAP if this happens.

Prices are subject to change, and they're listed in AUD on www.josdreamland.com.au.
We take extra care to keep our site secure so you can feel safe making payments! We accept Visa, Mastercard, ZipPay, Afterpay (in Australia), and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account when you order. Check out Afterpay's terms here: [link].
While we do our best to protect you, we can't be responsible for things like credit card fraud or unauthorized access to your accounts.
We also aren't responsible for any extra charges from your credit card company or bank, especially if your purchase involves foreign exchange.

- By consenting to Jo’s Dreamland’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Jo’s Dreamland through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
- You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Jo’s Dreamland. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
- We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.
